If you’re struggling with pain, anxiety, depression, sleeping problems or health issues, you might be interested to find that acupuncture can assist you.
While it is renowned for dealing with pain, there is a lot more to
the ancient Chinese holistic approach than first meets the eye.
Local acupuncturist, Eva Lee has completed three years of
intensive study with the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine
and is qualified with a Bachelor in Health Science, majoring in
Acupuncture.
“Being an acupuncture practitioner, I gain much more job
satisfaction by healing people suffering from various health
problems” she says.
As an ACC treatment provider with experience in dealing with a
wide range of issues, Eva loves to assist clients with long term
issues that they haven’t been able to sort out via mainstream
medication.
The main issues that Eva deals with include back pain, sciatica and neck and shoulder issues. “Our patients get excellent results from acupuncture treatments for these particular issues.”
Other issues that can be dealt with effectively include menopause
symptoms which include hot flushes and night sweating. “This
usually affects women between the ages of 47 and 52 but it can
happen to younger and older women also” says Eva.
“Acupuncture and Chinese herbal remedies are very effective ways to treat menopause in a natural way without side effects.”
