“We had an amazing time, highlights included Italy, Croatia, the amazing Mt St Michel and the seaside village of Cancale in France. But it was when we got back, and the world of travel imploded that we began to realise how lucky we were to have experienced what we did. What followed was very much even more of a whirlwind for us both professionally and personally as we had to adapt to working from home and introducing a whole new way of getting results for our clients without traditional open homes and viewing.” Says Sharleen.

Sharleen’s collaborative mindset and desire to constantly challenge herself on a number of levels meant she thrived in this environment, her resilience and ability to keep her team engaged ensured continued momentum. Ian’s business acumen and flexibility meant he was able to adapt quickly to this new way of working and he continued to do so as the market turned in yet another direction due to applied banking pressures and rules.
