Novature was born out of a desire to create “new age”, bespoke quality homes that can be easily built and transported to sites across New Zealand!
Greg, Brent & Hayden, joint directors of Novature collectively possess in excess of 100 years building experience. Their vast building and business knowledge has seen them develop government infrastructure projects, large scale community housing, hospitals and schools in the south pacific. Coupled with building quality boutique homes right here in the Franklin district, you have three experienced business minded “old school” builders with integrity at the helm of Novature.
With many tiny home / transportable builds, often simplicity in design is targeted and attention to detail lacks in certain areas. At Novature, we pride ourselves in quality living and aim to deliver a higher end transportable home to our customer built in compliance with the NZ building code. Our buildings are designed by our established and accomplished inhouse architects and built by Novature’s skilled building team. If needed, our proven designs can be customised to meet your exact requirements.
Production Manager Dean aims to ensure that planning, through to building and finally installing on your section, you are provided with excellent communication and are involved where possible to ensure that there is full transparency in the process. Our team of qualified builders work closely with Dean and the directors to ensure that a project delivery timeline is achieved.
Our transportable homes are built in a controlled factory environment in Pukekohe enabling us to ensure quicker supply times as well as guaranteeing that the highest quality and standards are maintained.
