It’s hard to believe that as you folks read this month’s edition of elocal it will be February, Kids will be back at school, the humidity will be full on, and we will have endured another year of who went, who didn’t and who did and didn’t do what at Waitangi.
We have had lots of letters in over the holidays and requests from people wanting to hear more about certain topics, so due to space constraints we have put our letters to the editor pages online only this month, so head to elocal.co.nz and read them on there. We also have other articles available to read in the online version.
With regards to suggested stories and investigations you want us to investigate, it looks the editorial team here at elocal will be busy putting together some very interesting stories for you this year. We love hearing from our readers and enjoy reading your opinions on the stories that you relish in elocal, but we also have big shoulders so if there are things that you disagree and want to share a differing opinion then tell us that too!
“Wide differences of opinion in matters of religious, political, and social belief must exist if conscience and intellect alike are not to be stunted, if there is to be room for healthy growth.” ― Theodore Roosevelt
