National residential building brand Jennian Homes has once again outclassed its rivals with a medal haul to be proud of in the annual Registered Master Builders 2019 House of the Year Awards
Following a local win in the Auckland Master Builders Awards Programme, Jennian Homes Franklin has advanced to win the National Supreme Award in the category of New Home to $450,000 – Group Housing.
The company has a proud record in the annual awards, being able to claim the ‘most awarded’ tag throughout the history of the competition.
Jennian Homes Franklin GM Michelle Costello is thrilled to have won the National Supreme Award in the category of New Home under $450,000 - Group Housing. “We put our Heart and Soul into every home we build, so it’s great to be recognised for putting the same level of attention to detail and care, into every home, regardless of the category the home is in.”
Jennian Homes Franchisor Aidan Jury says the House of the Year Awards are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the excellent work undertaken by our industry and our Jennian franchisees.
“Jennian has been building homes for New Zealand for over 37 years and this year’s award results are testament to the excellence and expertise that our Franchisees put into every home that is built for our clients,” he says.
“We take pride in building homes that are customised to our clients’ dreams and aspirations and we’re proud to celebrate the recognition of excellence that goes into these homes through this year’s outstanding award achievements.”
“Vincent and I are incredibly proud of our whole team, including our great team of subtrades and contractors and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them all. For Jennian Homes Franklin to achieve Gold Reserve National Winner in our category is testament to how hard everyone works, and is even more of a reason why you should build with us.”
