Design, weather, Council, lockdowns (!) all have a bearing on the build and the Frame Homes team is conscious that during this time communication is paramount to ensure stress levels are kept to a minimum.

“It pays to ask the small print type of questions when you are signing up to build a home, as often things you see on a plan picture or in the showhome are not always included in the price you agree to and to add them on means your project will run over budget. We even include a letterbox, which seems a no brainer, but some builders don’t. In fact, the only thing we don’t include as standard is a TV aerial and a clothesline.”
